Acted as lead counsel for Fleur Hotels Limited (Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary) in arbitral proceedings concerning termination of a long-term Lease Deed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Represented Dhanuka Agritech in arbitration arising out of shareholder and investor disputes.
