  • Advised and represented Kochar Sungup Acrylic Limited (Signature Blankets) in oppression and mismanagement proceedings before NCLT, Chandigarh with appeals before NCLAT and the Supreme Court.
  • Advised and represented Divyanshi Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. and its majority shareholder group in a complex, multi-layered dispute under Sections 241-242 of the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Advised and represented B. Braun Melsungen and B. Braun Medical (India) Pvt. Ltd. in a complaint filed before NCDRC.
  • Advised and represented Lemon Tree Hotel Group in arbitration proceedings before a Tribunal comprising a former Supreme Court judge.
  • Advised and represented a leading real estate company and its promoters in an international commercial arbitration relating to enforcement of a Share Purchase Agreement under FEMA (Non-Debt) Rules.
  • Advised and represented a leading real estate company and its promoters before the Delhi High Court in petitions under Sections 9, 11 and 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Advised a leading business family in a dispute arising out of various family settlement deeds in arbitration before a former Supreme Court judge.

  • Advised Ashdan Properties Private Limited in proposed takeover of debt held by a public sector bank in a company undergoing CIRP.
  • Represented Nanu Ram Goyal & Co. before NCLT in challenging procedural violations during the CIRP of Morpheus Prodevelopers.
  • Successfully defended Ashdan Properties Private Limited, successful resolution applicant, before the NCLAT in opposing a third party’s attempt to reopen a concluded CIRP.
